Fox and Bull was started by Daniel Del Toro and Christopher Fox Wilson. Daniel is a Chicago native that has been in KC for 11 years now. He worked at Costco in Overland Park, KS for about a decade and received his education in Psychology and Business. Looking for a new career direction into small business he approached Christopher Fox Wilson about teaming up and launching their own bakery.
Christopher Fox Wilson is a Minnesota native who has lived in KC for about 13 years now. Christopher grew up in a family that appreciated crafting good food and also worked with Providence Pizza in Grandview, MO. By early 2020 he had started having some dreams of what he could build within the food industry and decided to take on the risk of starting a new business.
In October 2020 Fox and Bull Baking Co. was registered as a business and in July 2022 it opened the doors to its first retail shop. Our goal at Fox and Bull is to bring you quality baked goods and pastries as well as providing a comfortable and welcoming space for you to enjoy them.
